Front End (Agent Side)
Development of Internal Office / Enterprise Resource Management System for Visual Tour is based on electrical transmission between Agents and Tour operator. The purpose of this Business to Business application is to provide fast and easy confirmation to valued travel agents cooperating with Tour Operator.
The system provides availability and rates of tours and takes bookings from travel agents. Travel agents are required to fill in form requiring tour information, pick up location and time, and customer information. Upon the request, system checks if seats are available for customers and displays the result to travel agents.
After confirmation of availability, travel agents can reserves the seats for their customer instantly online. The system provides confirmation number and necessary payment information to the travel agents. Simultaneously, the system reduces no. of seats according to the request made by travel agents.

Back End (Operator Side)
The backend system is to be managed by Tour Operator. It provides management tools for bookings, rates, payment, agent profiles and reports. Tour Operator is able to change status of availability and rates as well as add / modify / delete bookings, rates, and agent profiles. All changes reflect instantly online and display to travel agents
Tour Operator is also managed to see sales & bookings reports by daily and monthly. A report of customer, pick up location and time is also manageable for drivers to see customer details. To help accounting duty, a invoice of unpaid / paid can be created as well

| Availability Chart |

Availability chart will be presented by calendar format as it is easy to examine and distinguish difference of available and unavailable tours or days. Seacave Canoe is able to add, modify, and delete any tour types, availability, and rates online. Any changes will reflect those shown to travel agents side.

Bookings reports can be generated by name of travel agents, payment settlement, date of booking, type of tours, or pickup location. All bookings are searchable by name of agent, confirmation no, customer last name, or customer first name. Therefore, it solves the problem of accounting, drivers and tour guide’s problem efficiently as you can generate customers by each day for each department.
